Rock sugar or “Mishri”, is an unprocessed or unrefined form of sugar. Raw sugar is boiled in boilers with milk to make rock sugar sweet & smooth. Finally, no chemicals or preservatives are used in its manufacture. As a result, it's 100% natural and organic.
