Return, Refund and cancellation policy
At Aayuvardhanam, we strive to provide the best possible service to our valued customers. Once an order is confirmed, please be aware that we do not accept return or refund requests. However, we are committed to finding fair and amicable solutions for our patrons in the following exceptional situations:
In the case of a damaged product
- Please notify Aayuvardhanam of any damaged product within 5 days of delivery by sending an email to contact@aayuvardhanam.in
- In the email, the order number, an image of the invoice, 1 outer box image and 2 clear images of the opened box with all items received to be sent.
- If your order consists of multiple items, we can only accept returns and replacements for the damaged product.
- We are committed to promptly re-sending and replacing the damaged product and we are open to working with you to find a fair solution.
- Expect a response to your email within 24-48 hours and rest assured, we will provide complete assistance to resolve the issue.
In the case of a missing product
- If you discover a missing product in your order, please notify Aayuvardhanam within 2 days from the delivery date via email to contact@aayuvardhanam.in
- In the email, the order number, an image of the invoice, 1 outer box image and 2 clear images of the opened box with all items received to be sent.
- Please be aware that we are unable to process refund requests for missing products. However, we are more than eager to promptly re-send the missing item to you.
- You can expect a response to your email within 24-48 hours and our team will provide comprehensive assistance to address your concerns.
In the case of a spoiled product
- In the event that you encounter spoilage of one of our products, we kindly request that you notify Aayuvardhanam within 5 days from the date of delivery through an email to contact contact@aayuvardhanam.in
- In the email, order number, date of packaging/ date of manufacture, clear images or video of the product to be shared.
- We would like to bring to your attention that we are unable to accept returns due to natural variations in taste, texture, colour or aroma. This is a result of our commitment to providing completely organic products, where no two batches will be identical. The actual color and texture of the product may differ from what you see in the picture due to its natural characteristics. Our commitment #for_a_healthy_future is evident in our strict policy of no-chemical fertilizers and pesticides during cultivation.
