A2 Gir Cow Ghee is made from the A2 milk of grass-fed gir cows. It is considered to be more beneficial than the A1 beta-casein found in the milk of some foreign cow breeds.

The cows in Maharashtra are often allowed to graze freely on natural pastures, consuming a diverse range of grasses, herbs, and plants.
